Fredrik Ågren, CEO and founder
As a client, Fredrik Ågren will probably be the first person you meet at Key Search. He will also be your personal guide and contact through the assignment. In Sweden Fredrik is very well known in the fashion business. Before his long career in recruitment he’s held leading positions e.g. CEO, Sales Director and Marketing Director for companies like J. Lindeberg, Betty Barclay, Modeverket, Nautica, Atlas Design and KGF Collection.
Fredrik is an educated and qualified business coach. At Key Search he is our Client Director and personally recruits for executive positions. Due to his long experience in the fashion industry he has an impressing amount of Scandinavian and international contacts and relations.

Although it was a passion for fashion that made Inger-Mharie head for the business it’s her curiosity in people that made her stay. During her 15 years of head hunting and recruiting she’s met thousands of applicants and she’s developed and nurtured a network that reaches every single part of the business. A background that makes her extremely skilled to find the right person for every commitment.
Through the years Inger-Mharie has worked in sales, buying and as visual merchandiser. She was also co-funder of the Swedish recruiting company Modeverket.
Inger-Mharie is educated marketing specialist. She mainly works with research and candidate interviews for positions in buying, sales, design and production.

Emma Seipel is well educated within sales and has for over 20 years held positions within sales. For the last 15 years has she worked in the fashion industry for companies like Gant, DK-Company and Didrikson.
Emma has over the years established herself in the fashionbusiness and has a great network within retail, wholesale and e commerce. Emma har over the years educated herself and also held different courses within sales.

Stefan Wahlén is a dynamic, visionary, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in high-paced organizations. He counsel’s leaders and leadership teams as they transform their organizations to enhance performance, organizational health, speed, and agility. He is also an expert on organizational design, corporate culture, leadership development, team effectiveness, capability building, and transformational change.
Stefan has more than 25 years of experience in the Sporting goods and Textile industry. He previously served as the European Managing Director at Californian outdoor manufacturer Patagonia. Prior to that, Stefan worked at the British heritage menswear brand Wolsey as Vice President of International Development and Sales. Stefan has served as Global Sales Director at performance wear brand Peak Performance and earlier in his career as Sales Manager for Nike Northern Europe. He also held several positions with Levi Strauss, including Country Manager for Sweden.
